Chelsie Dulisse
Chelsie, the marketing mastermind behind Reddito Digital, has always had a passion for entrepreneurship. After several years of working on in-house marketing teams and for different advertising agencies serving clientele in various industries, she seized the opportunity to bring her entrepreneurial dream to life after the birth of her son. In 2023, she officially founded Reddito Digital Marketing.
With a family history deeply rooted in entrepreneurship, Chelsie was able to watch and learn from many family members on how to best manage and market a business. With her maternal grandparents spearheading one of Oklahoma's premier garden centers, her paternal grandmother pioneering a thriving in-home care service for seniors, and her father's ownership of a successful insurance agency in the valley, Chelsie's roots in business run deep.
As the founder and driving force behind Reddito Digital, Chelsie prioritizes relationships above all else, viewing her clients not merely as patrons but as valued partners. Embracing a collaborative ethos, she fosters an environment conducive to open dialogue and collective ideation. Guided by a philosophy of continuous improvement, Chelsie advocates for a test-and-measure approach within the realm of performance marketing, recognizing that failures serve as invaluable stepping stones towards success.
Outside of work, Chelsie enjoys spending time with her family, whether it's exploring the zoo or simply relaxing at the park with her husband, son, and their golden retriever, Nala.
